This page gives you all the info about the delivery and shipping costs of your order with The Hammock.
In stock or not?
We keep all items in stock at our warehouse in Dedemsvaart. However, it can happen that items are temporarily sold out. The delivery time will then be a few days longer.
We indicate the availability on the product page and in the shopping cart so you won't be faced with any surprises.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Time
With The Hammock you don't normally pay shipping costs. Please see below for a list of all the countries for which shipping costs are included.
Note: We only ship the order when we have received the payment. If you choose Klarna Invoice, we will ship your order immediately.
Almost all our deliveries are delivered by DPD. Once the package has been sent, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. In the evening, you will receive the tracking number to follow the package.
DPD delivers from Monday to Saturday. The Hammock is closed on weekends. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Mondays and given to DPD.
Not at home when your order is delivered? Then DPD will leave a note for you to arrange a new delivery on www.nieuwelevering.nl.
As well as deliveries to a shipping address, you can also choose to have it delivered to a DPD pickup point in your area:
When you get to the 'Secure Payment' page, under the section '2. Shipping' (after entering the invoicing details) select 'Choose a pickup point'. You will then be shown a map with the pickup points near your address. Once you've found the right one, click on the DPD picture and then click on 'Choose this pickup point'. Your order will then go to this pickup point and not to the specified shipping address.
On the 'Secure Payment' page you can also select delivery on a Saturday. This is free of charge.
